EU Drafts Legislation To Lift VoIP Restrictions On 3G Networks

According to Wireless Week, the European Union has already drafted legislation that would prevent EU cellular networks from blocking VoIP applications on their 3G networks. Of note, Free Press recently filed a complaint with the FCC asking that they investigate if AT&T is violating federal terms.
I have a hard time believing any of the complaints or legislation will result in a positive result, but here’s trying.
