Boost Mobile Text Messaging Problem To Be Fixed May 7th

It looks like Boost Mobile isn’t quite out of the woods yet, but they’re getting closer. Last month the MVNO experienced widespread problems delivering text messages, with delays sometimes lasting as long as a few hours. The problem was largely attributed to a Boost Mobile promotion that offered an everything plan for $50 that included unlimited texting. Now company spokesperson John Votava says the problem will be resolved as of May 7th. Of note, Boost acquired 764,000 customers last quarter according to Sprint’s quarterly financial results.
