A clever hacker who goes by the name “Cleanser” managed to coax the Sprint-only Palm Pre to work on the Verizon network. No details on how it was done but the Cleanser’s got voice and SMS working on the phone. No data, yet, but it’s a great start to what will hopefully become a full blown unlockable Pre.
